My Summer So Far

Well in a nutshell, today has been like every other day this week. I woke up mid afternoon, about the same time the majority of the work force had begun counting down the minutes until they can get off work, did a little housework aka manual labor (which should be against the law for people like myself), and now I am here, sitting, and wasting away as usual. On a side note due to my strenuous activity of today I will be unable to make it to the gym...sigh. Oh and for all those who care, which should be all of you, I have decided to dedicate a portion of my blog to the Sandwich of the Week or SOW, which will be unveiled every Sunday starting with this one (7/15) for all those to enjoy.
